Attach this session's redacted transcript to the commit at HEAD

Collect this session's AI transcripts, redact them, and attach them to the commit at HEAD.

This does NOT push. Your own git push is the submission of record; attaching the transcript is a separate step that can be retried and whose failure never touches your code. The pre-push hook runs this in the background, so you normally never type it.

There is no preview and no prompt. Run cin90 inspect to see what has been collected, and cin90 inspect --edit to redact further by hand before your push.

  -h, --help                 help for submit
      --retain-dir string    directory for retained and queued submission artifacts
      --session-dir string   directory holding the session record to submit
