Tear down what the labs created

Prints a plan and stops. Nothing is deleted without --execute, and --execute requires --confirm-account with the account id typed out in full.

Only resources carrying the course tag are considered, unless --include-untagged-burners is passed, which also covers untagged resources that bill by the hour. Even then, a resource tagged for another lab or another course is left alone.

A resource tagged cin90:protect=true is never touched, and the guardrails themselves survive unless --final is passed.

Flags

      --confirm-account string     the account id to delete from, typed out in full; required with --execute
      --execute                    actually delete, instead of printing the plan
      --final                      also remove the guardrails themselves; for the end of the course
  -h, --help                       help for nuke
      --include-untagged-burners   also tear down UNtagged resources that bill by the hour; ones tagged for another lab are still skipped
      --lab string                 only resources tagged lab=<id>
      --student string             only resources tagged student=<id>

Inherited flags

      --all-regions          work on every region enabled for the account
      --region stringArray   region to work on; repeatable, and overrides the configured regions
